Jess is a socially awkward rideshare driver with dreams of making movies in Hollywood. She spends her days stuck in L.A. traffic, carting around demanding passengers, while juggling non-stop emergencies from her manipulative mother and chaotic sister. As the fares stack up and her sanity frays, Jess realizes she’s watching her dreams fade away in the rearview mirror. Miles Away is a funny, raw road movie about what happens when you’re too busy with everyone else’s mess to clean up your own.
