Deadline for media registration is Monday, March 12, 2012. This application request DOES NOT guarantee access to the Gasparilla Int'l Film Festival. You will be contacted via e-mail/phone if your application is accepted, and you will be advised of which events you have been granted press access. NO E-MAILS AND/OR PHONE CALLS PLEASE. You must fill out this entire form for consideration. Incomplete applications will not be considered. RULES/REGULATIONS: 1) All interviews, written copy regarding the event and photographs may only be used for editorial purposes in the media specified in this application. 2) During screenings and/or events, you may not interrupt the flow of activities or business for the purpose of interviewing or photography. Photography and/or videography WILL NOT be permitted during any film screenings without expressed written consent from directors of the film and/or GIFF. 3) Do not solicit for sales of photography, video, advertising, etc. 4) Please respect our guests, staff and volunteers, and identify your press credentials and editorial opportunity. 5) Backstage access is granted at the discretion of the Gasparilla Int'l Film Festival team. No exceptions. 6) The Gasparilla Int'l Film Festival reserves the rights to use any photographs or audio/video recordings collected at any festival event. This includes for the use of marketing, social media, and any other uses deemed applicable. 7) Press credentials can be revoked at any time by GIFF staff.
